• Our Gender Guarantee - We understand babies do not always cooperate, so if your little one will not let us see gender (if so desired) we let you come back to try again free of charge within 2 weeks.*

• All of our ultrasound technicians have been through a rigorous training specifically designed for 3D/4D Ultrasound. They are very caring and attentive to your needs and will take the time to explain everything to you and your family.

• We use the finest equipment on the market the GE Voluson 730. The GE Voluson 730 provides excellent definition and clarity for your baby’s first pictures.

• We offer a warm family friendly theater style environment for you to enjoy your 4D ultrasound experience.  We have two ultrasound rooms. Our main room can comfortably seat 12 to 14 guests, but can accommodate up to 16 to 20 standing room only. In this room everyone is sure to have a great view on any of our 3 viewing screens including our large projection main screen. Our second room can seat 5 to 6 guests and your guests will also have a great view on the 2 viewing screens in this room including a 55" TV.

• Children and siblings are always welcome at First Expressions. This is a fun and exciting time for kids and the realistic images of “their” baby help make the pregnancy more real to them.

• Our DVD’s have instrumental lullaby music playing in the background. However, you are welcome to bring in your own CD to be used instead if you prefer.

* We do not give refunds. Free return visit must be within 2 weeks from date of original appointment during the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. There are no exceptions to this rule as our evening and Saturday appointments typically fill 2-4 weeks in advance. If you fail to attend your free return visit and do not call to cancel or re-schedule within the 2 week time period we will finalize your package based on the images captured at your initial visit. You forfeit your right to another free return visit.
